Apple Pie

Ingredients:
- 4 apples (medium size)
- 4 soupspoons of margarine
- 5 soupspoons of flour
- 6 soupspoons of sugar
- 1/2 lime
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
Procedure:
- Peel and slice the apples.
- Place the slices on a greased glass dish proper for oven use.
- Squeeze the lime over the apples.
- In another dish, mix the flour, the sugar, the margarine and with a fork dough the mixture till it looks like a “farofa”.
- Spread the mixture over the arranged apples covering them all.
- Place the dish into the oven for 25 minutes (180 °C)
- Serve the pie warm with ice cream.
