Apple Pie

Ingredients:

  • 4 apples (medium size)
  • 4 soupspoons of margarine
  • 5 soupspoons of flour
  • 6 soupspoons of sugar
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder

Procedure:

  • Peel and slice the apples.
  • Place the slices on a greased glass dish proper for oven use.
  • Squeeze the lime over the apples.
  • In another dish, mix the flour, the sugar, the margarine and with a fork dough the mixture till it looks like a “farofa”.
  • Spread the mixture over the arranged apples covering them all.
  • Place the dish into the oven for 25 minutes (180 °C)
  • Serve the pie warm with ice cream.
