Brownie

Ingredients:
- ¾ cup of wheat flour
- ½ cup of chocolate powder
- ½ teaspoon of baking powder
- ½ cup of margerine
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 2 eggs
Procedure:
- Heat the oven at 180º C.
- Butter a 30 cm baking tray.
- Mix the flour, the chocolate, the baking powder and the salt in a deep bowl.
- Use another deep bowl to mix the margerine, the sugar and the vanilla. When smooth, add the eggs and mix well.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients.
- Pour this mixture into the buttered baking tray and bake it for about 25 minutes.
