Brownie

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup of wheat flour
  • ½ cup of chocolate powder
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • ½ cup of margerine
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 2 eggs

Procedure:

  • Heat the oven at 180º C.
  • Butter a 30 cm baking tray.
  • Mix the flour, the chocolate, the baking powder and the salt in a deep bowl.
  • Use another deep bowl to mix the margerine, the sugar and the vanilla. When smooth, add the eggs and mix well.
  • Slowly add the dry ingredients.
  • Pour this mixture into the buttered baking tray and bake it for about 25 minutes.
