Carrot cake (Infantil 4)

Ingredients:
- 2 carrots
- 3 cups of flour
- 2 cups of sugar
- ¾ cup of oil
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 4 eggs
Procedure:
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Pour the carrots, eggs, oil and sugar in the blender and mix it for until the batter is uniform. Transfer the mix to a bowl and add the flour little by little. Add baking powder stirring it gently to the batter. Transfer it to a greased and floured baking tray and put it in the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes.
