Cauliflower burger (Infantil 4)

Ingredients:
- 1 small head of cauliflower
- 3 slices of whole wheat-flour bread
- 2 eggs
- grated cheese
- salt and seasoning
Procedure:
Preheat the oven to 220°C.
Cut the cauliflower into florets and boil or steam it for 3 minutes.
Pulse the cauliflower through a food processor to form small pieces that stick together. Do the same to the whole wheat bread until you have a bread flour.
In a bowl, mix the crushed cauliflower to the breadcrumbs and add the other ingredients.
Grease a baking tray with olive oil.
Using your hands, form the burgers and place them into the baking tray.
Bake them until they are golden brown on each side flipping very carefully to avoid breaking.
You can cook the burgers in an oiled or nonstick pan over medium heat if you prefer.
