Cheese Soufflé

Ingredients:

  • 1 glass of Milk
  • 2 tablespoons of margarine
  • 2 tablespoons of corn flour
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 3 tablespoons of shredded cheese

Procedure:

  • Pre-heat the oven.
  • Put the eggs in the blender glass and beat them for ten seconds.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and beat well.
  • Pour this mixture into a greased glass dish and bake it for about 25 minutes, or until it looks firm.
  • Serve it immediately.
