Cornbread (Infantil 4)

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle of coconut milk
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 can of corn flakes flour (use the corn can as measure)
  • 1/2 can of sugar (use the corn can as measure)
  • 1/2 can of oil (use the corn can as measure)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

Procedure:

Pour all the ingredients in a blender and mix until the batter is uniform.

Transfer it to a greased and floured baking tray and put it in the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes.
