Crunchy Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • ¾ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup of melted and almost cold saltless butter
  • 1 cup of crystal sugar
  • ½ cup of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons of water

Procedure:

  • Pre-heat the oven to 175ºC and dip in grease the serving dish.
  • In a big bowl, mix the butter, the crystal and brown sugar and the vanilla. Add the flour, salt and baking powder and continue mixing it. At last, pour the water.
  • Put little balls of dough in the serving dish and take it to the oven for around 20 minutes, or until the cookies are golden.
