Crunchy Cookies

Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- ¾ teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of melted and almost cold saltless butter
- 1 cup of crystal sugar
- ½ cup of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 3 tablespoons of water
Procedure:
- Pre-heat the oven to 175ºC and dip in grease the serving dish.
- In a big bowl, mix the butter, the crystal and brown sugar and the vanilla. Add the flour, salt and baking powder and continue mixing it. At last, pour the water.
- Put little balls of dough in the serving dish and take it to the oven for around 20 minutes, or until the cookies are golden.
