Cupcake

Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 125 gr of sugar
- 125 gr of margarine
- 125 gr of self-raising flour
- Enough chocolate chips to mis the dough
- 12 large paper cake cases
Procedure:
- Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
- Put all the ingredients together into a large bowl.
- Mix them well till the dough gets homogeneous.
- Use a muffin tin to put the paper cake cases into the holes.
- Fill each paper cake case with the dough till it’s half filled.
- Bake the cupcakes for 18 – 20 minutes.
