Cupcake

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 125 gr of sugar
  • 125 gr of margarine
  • 125 gr of self-raising flour
  • Enough chocolate chips to mis the dough
  • 12 large paper cake cases

Procedure:

  • Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
  • Put all the ingredients together into a large bowl.
  • Mix them well till the dough gets homogeneous.
  • Use a muffin tin to put the paper cake cases into the holes.
  • Fill each paper cake case with the dough till it’s half filled.
  • Bake the cupcakes for 18 – 20 minutes.
