Mobi’s Birthday (Banana) Cake (Infantil 4)

Ingredients:
- 3 bananas
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups of flour
- ½ cup of oil
- ½ table spoon of baking powder
- 2 cups of sugar
- blender
Procedure:
- Preheat oven to 210 ºC.
- Pour the bananas, eggs, oil and sugar in the blender and mix it for 30 seconds until the batter is uniform.
- Add the flour and mix it for 30 more seconds. Transfer the mix to a bowl and add the baking powder stirring it gently to the batter.
- Transfer it to a greased and floured baking tray and put it in the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes.
