Orange Cake

Ingredients:
- 3 eggs;
- a pinch of salt;
- 4 oranges;
- 2 cups of flour;
- 2 cups of sugar;
- 1 spoon of baking soda;
- 5 soupspoons of sugar;
- ¾ of a cup of oil.
Procedure:
- Pre-heat the oven at 180°C;
- Beat the eggs with 1 orange (without the seeds, but with the skin) and oil in the blender;
- IMix the flour, the sugar and the baking soda in a bowl;
- Add the beaten eggs with the orange and the oil and mix them well;
- Place the dough into a greased baking tin and put it in the oven;
- Bake it for about 25 minutes.
- For the syrup, put the juice of 3 oranges and 5 spoons of sugar in a small pan and boil it until it gets thick.
- As soon as you take the cake out of the oven, make little holes on the top with a stick or fork and then pour the hot orange syrup on it.
