Pet cookies

Ingredients:

  • 200g potato starch
  • 200g flour
  • 200g margerine (stick)
  • 100g sugar

Materials:

  • a bowl
  • a baking tray
  • pets molds

Procedure:

  • Put all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Mix the ingredients with your hands.
  • The heat of your hands will melt the butter and soon the mixture will be a homogeneous dough.
  • Knead the dough and give small pieces of it to each student.
  • Students are to make rolls and balls to form their chosen pets or to choose from the molds available.
  • Place the cookies on a baking tray, no greasing required.
  • Bake in previously heated oven until cookies are light brown color.
