Strawberry jam (Infantil 4)

Ingredients:

  • 250g of fresh strawberries, hulled
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Procedure:
Put the strawberries into a blender or food processor and pulse them only a few times until you have the consistency you like. Transfer them to a pan and add the sugar and the lemon juice. Stir over low heat until the sugar dissolves. Increase heat to high and bring the mixture to the boil for 5-10 minutes, stirring often. Transfer it to a previously sterilized glass jar and refrigerate.
